Before experiencing the Taylor construction seminar i had a-lot of questions, especially surrounding cadetship programs, I was also quite nervous in general as I didn’t know what career pathway I wanted to take, for example estimating, site engineer, Project manager etc. I also felt like I didn’t having enough experience in the industry to even land a cadetship, But once the seminar began all my worries went out the window. There was such a wide range of panel speaker’s all from different areas of the industry. This helped a-lot in giving me more information about the different pathways and abit about what there day to day activities looked like. Furthermore there was extensive information provided about the cadetship program including all the different modules that needed to be completed before entering the graduate program. Overall ,the experience was well worth and I’m excited for the next one , thanks for putting it on !!
