Shape is looking for 3rd or 4th Year students in construction related degrees or recent graduates.
As a SHAPE Cadet, you'll experience real responsibilities and a tailored learning plan that teaches you what the textbooks can’t. You’ll find out what it takes to deliver a great job across all phases of construction and beyond. And you’ll have the flexibility you need to combine work, study and life along the way.
